We are absolutely delighted with our new screen room! We decided to accept your bid based on your promise to do a good job and you did not let us down. Our home in Spanish Lake had a screen room which was installed by Thomas Construction. Dealing with them was a nightmare and the finished product lacked the meticulous craftsmanship we received from Morse Home Improvement. Our room was completed within five weeks from the time we signed the contract. Robby and Kevin were very professional and worked diligently in the heat everyday until the job was complete. The job site was clean and use-able each evening. Please convey our thanks to both of them. Your personal visits to oversee the construction were very much appreciated and showed us that you care about the quality of your work. Thanks for making our home beautiful again. The new Siding, Seamless Gutters and Soffit System makes the old place look new. Everyone was concerned for your men working in the cold and snowy weather but they performed as craftsmen and delivered a great job. We took pictures every day and your men didn't mind a bit. We have received complements from all our neighbors and now our house helps the whole neighborhood look better. The bottom line, you gave us a competitive bit, we know because we received more than one bid, and delivered a good product as promised. My husband and I are very pleased with our window purchase. We had been thinking about buying new windows for the last two years. When you came to our home we had only planned for an estimate, but decided to make a purchase due to the quality of your windows.
